The challenges we experienced prior to implementing a word number and call routing feature included: fitting many store numbers on advertising material, inability to present one number in national advertising and the need for a customised call routing feature (including caller recognition) that would enable our clients to contact one number and be routed easily to a relevant store. 

Since implementing a word number and the call routing feature from Word Numbers SA we have definitely seen growth, it has allowed us to brand one number nationally and route the caller to the relevant store accurately; as well as the ability to measure success through analysis of the call report supplied.  We are implementing the word number slowly across all our advertising material (combined with its numeric equivalent).

We believe South African audiences are ready for Word Numbers.
