Prior to implementing 0861-Trellidor we were utilising a 0860 number which referred customers to only one destination, our call operator.  The challenge was that we needed to answer the call, find out where the person was calling from, contact the franchise and provide them with the lead.  This was inefficient, as we were unable to solve the customer's problem/query first time round - we wanted the customer to be able to get in touch with the right person. 

We therefore implemented a word number, with a call routing feature, as well as receiving call reports to enable monitoring. 

The benefit of a branded word number is that this number reinforces our brand, Trellidor.  The call routing feature means that customers can get in touch with the right person and that the franchise can secure an appointment right away.
