The Call Routing solution comprises of two integral components
  • 0861 Telephone number
  • NIVR (Network Interactive Voice Response)
The Call Flow is as follows;
  • To accept calls onto the NIVR and greet the caller based on the number dialed
  • To present the caller with a series of Location Based menus in order to ascertain where the service is required
  • To only present to the customer those areas which are serviced
  • To route the call to the relevant destination based on routing rules kept in a routing database
  • Detailed call monitoring reports can also be obtained from the system (please see Adwatch information)
