The Call Routing solution comprises of two integral components
- 0861 Telephone number
- NIVR (Network Interactive Voice Response)
- To accept calls onto the NIVR and greet the caller based on the number dialed
- To present the caller with a series of Location Based menus in order to ascertain where the service is required
- To only present to the customer those areas which are serviced
- To route the call to the relevant destination based on routing rules kept in a routing database
